Online Appointment System - Royal Virtual Embassy

To make your consular appointment online, please follow the following simple procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.
• AS SOON AS YOU CLICK SUBMIT A CONFIRMATION PAGE WILL APPEAR THAT STATES THE DATE AND TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THE TOP OF THAT PAGE. PLEASE PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS.  

Please note for VISA applications:

• You can make only one appointment for the same trip.
• You can make appointments maximum three months in advance.
• For each applicant you need to book a separate appointment slot (e.g. family of 4 equals 4 slots).
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after the end of your planned trip(s), otherwise you cannot make an appointment.
• Your passport needs to have at least one empty visa page.

Please note for DUTCH PASSPORT applications:

• Check the requirements for passport photos on www.paspoortinformatie.nl
• If the passport photo does not meet the requirements as mentioned on this website, the passport application cannot be accepted.
• For each applicant you need to book a separate appointment slot (e.g. family of 4 equals 4 slots).

To cancel an appointment, please do the following:

• Send an e-mail to chi-ca@minbuza.nl in which you mention your name, passport number, and date and time of appointment.
• After receiving a reply that your appointment was cancelled, you can make a new one.

Processing time for visa applications approx. 5 to 15 business days. Processing time for Dutch passport applications approx. 15 business days. Pick up of passports between 09.00 am and 12.30 pm Central time on the date indicated to you at the time of application. No appointment necessary. At the time of application, arrangements can be made for returning your passport to you (additional cost will apply).
